Step 1:

Remove top from bottle of testosterone and discard (this top cannot be reattached once removed).

Step 2:

Using the syringe with the larger of the needle tips provided (make sure tip is secured tightly by gently twisting in a clockwise motion) insert into the center ring of the bottle of testosterone.

Step 3:

Flip bottle over and draw out the indicated amount of testosterone into the syringe.

Step 4:

Remove the needle from the bottle of testosterone and recap.

Step 5:

With a counterclockwise motion unscrew the larger needle tip and replace it with the smaller needle tip using a clockwise motion.

Step 6:

Choose which area of the body you are going to take your injection (reference injection site guide).

Step 7:

Clean the surface area of the skin with an alcohol pad or 91% Alcohol pad.

Step 8:

With a quick motion press the needle completely into the muscle.

Step 9:

Firmly press the entire contents of the syringe until all of the testosterone in the syringe is injected.

Step 10:

Count 3 seconds, then remove the syringe and using an alcohol pad or gauze gently massage the injection site in a circular motion for 10 seconds.
